If you are an ADULT and want to come train Systema with us at our Mukilteo club, all you need is to come to any regularly scheduled class. Please come a few minutes before the class begins. NO APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED. The training location is usually at or near my home but we often travel to train at other locations so it is best not to be late.

Please note that due to the unique Russian Martial Art methodology, there is no beginner versus advanced classes. All classes are open to everyone. This is because the methods of Russian Martial Art training are very different from the traditional approach! The training is designed in such a way that every level of skill receives extremely beneficial practice and achieves quick results. Every Systema instructor has their own way of teaching/coaching the lessons and we all have different strengths and weaknesses. While I do believe that Systema training can benefit anyone, the training at the Mukilteo location will not be for everyone.

Understanding that each school location including the various study groups all have benefits to offer the Systema student we have deliberately made an effort to keep our tuition fees to a minimum so that our students can study at the various schools and with the various Systema instructors and so that the students from other schools and systems can study with us. Currently at the Mukilteo location the tuition is only $10.00 a class. There are no contracts and you are expected to pay as you go.

Since we do the work and training mostly outdoors it is advisable for the students to bring a dry change of clothes and any allergy medications, insect repellents and sun screens that they may wish to use as well as dress appropriately for outdoor training (think layers). We have a dousing and outdoor open shower area (cold water only) so a swim suit and towel is also recommended for those that enjoy the benefits of dousing after working out.

Since the first day our school was established in 2002, the atmosphere at the school has always been open, friendly and highly productive and we continue this tradition at the Mukilteo location. We look forward to seeing you soon but realize that our training here will not be for everyone, we are not offended if you decide it is not for you at the same time not every student will be a good fit for the training here, do not be offended if we decide it is not for you, but if you want to train, to work honestly while discovering just how difficult important and ultimately rewarding “poznai sebia" can be and if you are open minded with a desire to explore new possibilities, attentive, mature and have a desire to push boundaries then you are the training partner for us and we are the school for you. Finally, basic manners, open communication and a concern for others is essential in creating a positive and safe training environment.
